近日，有网友反映，“购买长安航空机票后发现买错日期，3分钟内退票被扣掉75%费用。”随后，航司方面发文回应称，旅客提出选错日期申请免费退票的诉求，不在航司错购免费补救政策适用范围。9月28日，长安航空方面表示，“公司已于9月24日当晚快速解决旅客诉求，目前已全额减免退票手续费。”
