农业农村部部长张柱9月29日在国新办新闻发布会上表示，关于当前和“十五五”时期粮食供需形势可以用三句话概括，一是我们的粮食安全是有充分保障的；二是粮食供需仍处于紧平衡状态；三是粮食供给结构还需要优化，从结构上看，口粮供给充裕，玉米等饲料供给相对偏低。（新华财经）
