蚊子吸血时，病毒不会进入蚊子的唾液腺，也就是说，蚊子再咬下一个人时，不会把上一个宿主的血"注射"进去。另外，HIV不能在蚊子体内完成复制和繁殖，所以也无法提供足够量的活病毒。（来源：@科学辟谣 @中国新闻网 ）
