9月28日，中钢国际（000928）发布公告，袁陆生因工作调整辞去公司董事会秘书职务，之后仍担任公司副总经理及财务总监。
公司聘任王静为新的董事会秘书，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至本届董事会任期届满。
2026年中期，中钢国际实现收入66.74亿元，归母净利润3.98亿元。
