据中国贸易救济信息网消息，2026年9月21日，美国商务部发布公告，对进口自中国的三（羟甲基）氨基甲烷（Tris (hydroxymethyl) aminomethane）作出反补贴初裁，初步裁定常州沛成进出口有限公司（Changzhou Peicheng Imp. & Exp. Co.）的补贴税率为117.39%、苏州亚科科技股份有限公司（Suzhou Yacoo Science Co., Ltd.）及中国其他企业的补贴税率均为20.63%。
2026年5月12日，美国商务部宣布对进口自中国的三（羟甲基）氨基甲烷发起反倾销和反补贴调查。
