独立游戏《井中居民》发售同步加入PC Game Pass和Xbox Game Pass Ultimate。该作目前在Metacritic获得91分，暂列2026年游戏评分第三。
这是继5月的《极限竞速：地平线6》之后，又一款首发加入Xbox Game Pass的高分新作。订阅PC Game Pass或Xbox Game Pass Ultimate的玩家现可下载《井中居民》；它在首发时没有加入其他订阅服务。目前尚不清楚该作会在这两档服务中保留多久。
《井中居民》是一款暗黑童话风格的类银河城游戏，由Kyle Thompson开发、Top Hat Studios发行。这是Kyle Thompson推出的第四款游戏，此前三款作品分别于2020年、2022年和2024年问世。
除Metacritic评分外，截至相关数据统计时，《井中居民》在Steam收获818条用户评价，好评率为96%；Xbox商店则有194条用户评价，评分为4.5星（满分5星）。
目前在Metacritic的2026年游戏评分中，排在《井中居民》前面的只有《空之轨迹 the 2nd》和《大步走》。该作单独购买的价格为20美元，游戏流程约为8至11小时。
