9月27日，中国天楹（000035）发布公告，控股股东南通乾创将其持有的364万股股份办理质押，占其所持股份的0.84%及公司总股本的0.15%；截至公告披露日，南通乾创及其一致行动人累计质押股份为3.69亿股，占其所持股份的61.38%及公司总股本的15.45%。
2026年中期，中国天楹实现收入26.87亿元，归母净利润2.13亿元。
