9月24日，奈雪发布关于小程序预售兑换超量及门店超载情况的致歉与说明，称与终末地联名活动上线后，因小程序服务器接待量不足，大量用户同步涌入小程序，导致页面报错、加载困难等问题，公司当日持续进行小程序系统扩容，在9月23日下午16点左右小程序全线恢复正常使用。针对周边缺货问题，已第一时间紧急排查调货。针对少量周边出现的瑕疵问题，可通过奈雪小程序客服进行反馈-登记进行换货。
