运河鲜闻｜月饼配“特调” 七国留学生在扬州解锁中秋新滋味

大运河传媒讯（朱桂艳）“我了解到的中秋节，是一个代表团圆的节日。大家会一起赏月、吃月饼，和家人一起度过。”来自柬埔寨的LY ROSA（李罗莎）说。9月23日下午，中秋来临之际，来自巴基斯坦、阿富汗、印度尼西亚、乌干达、尼日利亚等七国的留学生在扬州，与中国师生欢聚一堂，品月饼茶点，话团圆佳节。在入选米其林榜单的扬州院子共饮一杯团圆主题“特调”，沉浸式感受中华传统中秋文化魅力。Grand Canal Media News (Zhu Guiyan) “What I know about the Mid-Autumn Festival is that it is a festival dedicated to representing unity. People gather together to enjoy the moon, eat mooncakes, and spend time with their families,” said LY ROSA from Cambodia. On the afternoon of September 23, as the Mid-Autumn Festival approached, students from seven countries—Pakistan, Afghanistan, Indonesia, Uganda, and Nigeria—were in Yangzhou. They joined together with Chinese teachers and students, enjoyed mooncake snacks, and discussed the special meaning of this reunion festival. At Yangzhou Yuyuan, which was listed on the Michelin Guide, everyone shared a drink with the theme of reunion, allowing them to experience the charm of traditional Chinese Mid-Autumn culture in an immersive way.

古雅静谧的扬州院子里，长桌上，各式月饼与精致中式茶点错落摆放，甜香淡淡飘散，精心调制的团圆主题创意饮品有序陈列，兼具美感与巧思，还有香囊等各种中式文创礼品，中秋佳节的氛围感拉满。伴着非遗传承人精彩的木偶表演，交流活动正式开启。In the serene courtyard of Yangzhou, on the long table, various types of mooncakes and exquisite Chinese tea treats are arranged in an orderly manner. A faint sweet fragrance fills the air, and carefully prepared creative drinks themed around family reunion are displayed with great beauty and ingenuity. There are also various Chinese cultural gifts such as sachets, all contributing to the festive atmosphere of the Mid-Autumn Festival. Accompanied by the wonderful puppet shows performed by inheritors of traditional crafts, the exchange event begins officially.

紧扣“共饮一杯团圆”的活动主题，畅饮创意特调饮品是本次活动的核心亮点。两款中秋限定特调“月酿椰椰”“桂月紫苏”，出自扬州职业技术大学旅游学院《酒水制作与创新》课程的项目化实践，由师生团队共同研发。“月酿椰椰”以红糖酒酿铺底，椰奶居中，浓缩咖啡封顶，三层色彩分明，好似月色落于霞光；“桂月紫苏”紫调朦胧，气泡清爽，红茶香气醇厚，尽显东方雅致韵味，将桂花、酒酿、紫苏等中秋意象尽数融于杯中。Centered around the theme of “drinking together to celebrate reunion”, enjoying creative specialty drinks is the main feature of this event. Two special drinks for the Mid-Autumn Festival, “Yueniang Yokeyao” and “Guiyue Suizhi”, were created as part of a project-based practice in the “Wine Production and Innovation” course at Yangzhou Vocational and Technical University’s Tourism College. They were developed by a team of teachers and students. “Yueniang Yokeyao” features brown sugar fermented rice as its base, coconut milk in the middle, and concentrated coffee on top – creating three distinct layers of color, resembling the light of the moon on the twilight sky. “Guiyue Suizhi” has a purple hue with a refreshing bubbles; the black tea aroma is rich and elegant, reflecting the charm of Eastern culture. These drinks incorporate various symbols of the Mid-Autumn Festival, such as osmanthus, fermented rice, and perilla leaves, all of which are present in these drinks.

接过饮品，不少人被杯中层次丰富的色彩吸引，纷纷举起手机拍照，然后轻轻晃动杯子，细细品鉴独特风味，尝到惊喜之处便互相交流感受。庭院之中，茶点的甜香与特调的香气交织，中外青年相谈甚欢。一杯特调，既是舌尖上的中秋体验，更成为文化交融的载体。As people received their drinks, many were attracted by the diverse colors inside the cups. They took photos with their phones, then shook the cups gently to appreciate the unique flavors. When they found something pleasant, they shared their experiences with each other. In the courtyard, the sweet scent of desserts combined with the aroma of the specialty drinks created a pleasant atmosphere for young people from different cultures to talk and enjoy each other. A specialty drink is not only a taste experience related to the Mid-Autumn Festival but also a medium for cultural exchange.

团圆，是刻在中秋里的浪漫，也是全人类共通的情感追求。现场，来自不同的国家的留学生代表分享自己理解的中秋，讲述各自国家的团圆节日。来自柬埔寨的LY ROSA（李罗莎）介绍，柬埔寨也有团圆节“送水节”，人们和家人团聚，一起吃饭、聊天和庆祝，“虽然两个国家的文化和习俗不一样，但我们都很珍惜和家人在一起的时间。” 阿富汗留学生MUJEEB（阿里）分享开斋节阖家相聚、走访亲友的习俗；印度尼西亚的SANCHAIKA（夏迪娜）娓娓道来开斋节返乡团聚，全家围坐共享特色美食的热闹场景……Reunion is a romantic element inherent in the Mid-Autumn Festival, and it represents a shared emotion among all humanity. At the event, representatives of international students from various countries shared their understanding of the Mid-Autumn Festival and described the reunion traditions in their respective countries. LY ROSA from Cambodia mentioned that Cambodia also has a “Water Delivery Festival” – a time when people gather with their families to eat, talk, and celebrate together. “Although the cultures and customs of our two countries are different, we all cherish the time spent with our families.” MUJEEB from Afghanistan talked about the tradition of family gatherings and visiting relatives during Eid al-Adha; SANCHAIKA from Indonesia described the joyful scene of family reunions during Eid al-Adha, when the whole family sits together to enjoy special foods.

SANCHAIKA（夏迪娜）细数手中收到的小礼品，直言这些物件饱含浓郁的中国文化韵味。在她看来，中外学子欢聚一堂，共度团圆佳节，是一次十分难得的体验，她用流利的中文祝大家“中秋快乐”。LY ROSA（李罗莎）则表示，这是她来到扬州后第一次感受中国的节日氛围，她希望把承载着团圆寓意的月饼带回去，和朋友们分享这份美好。SANCHAIKA (Xia Dina) lists the small gifts she received, saying that these items embody the rich cultural traditions of China. In her opinion, it’s a rare experience for students from both China and abroad to gather together during this festive season. She wishes everyone “Happy Mid-Autumn Festival” in fluent Chinese. LY ROSA says that this is the first time she has experienced the Chinese festival atmosphere since arriving in Yangzhou. She hopes to bring back the mooncakes, which symbolize reunion, and share this beautiful experience with her friends.

本次活动由扬州职业技术大学旅游学院主办，扬州院子承办，扬州和韵艺术团协办。参与者为该校国际交流学院的留学生，现场服务则由旅游学院学生提供。“活动旨在以中秋为纽带，为国外留学生与中国学生搭建起跨文化交流的平台。”和韵艺术团常务副团长、扬州职业技术大学旅游学院副教授、《酒水制作与创新》课程老师王婧表示，这不止是一场节日体验，更是课堂教学向外的延伸，把茶饮研发、活动策划、对外交流的课堂搬到真实场景。希望同学们以饮品为媒介，用味道传递文化，在彼此倾听与分享之间，看见不同文明里相通的美好情感。This event was organized by the Tourism College of Yangzhou Vocational and Technical University, hosted by Yangzhou Yayaizhai, and co-organized by the Heyun Art Troupe of Yangzhou Vocational and Technical University. The participants were international students from the International Exchange College of this university, while the on-site services were provided by students from the Tourism College. “The purpose of this event is to use the Mid-Autumn Festival as a link to create a platform for cross-cultural exchange between foreign students and Chinese students,” said Wang Jing, the executive deputy head of the Heyun Art Troupe, an associate professor at the Tourism College of Yangzhou Vocational and Technical University, and a teacher of the “Wine Production and Innovation” course. This isn’t just a festival experience; it represents an extension of classroom teaching into real-world situations. It brings together topics such as tea brewing, event planning, and international exchange into actual scenarios. It is hoped that students will use beverages as a medium to convey culture through flavors, and through listening and sharing with each other, they will discover the beautiful connections that exist among different cultures.
