当地时间9月23日，新思科技宣布与台积电深化合作，围绕A14先进制程、AI智能体辅助设计、CoWoS多芯片封装及共封装光学（CPO）等技术推进研发。
双方将进一步扩大2纳米IP组合，完成包括PCIe 7.0、HBM4等相关IP的流片，并利用AI智能体自动化模拟、数字及多芯片设计流程。新思科技称，双方还将推进台积电COUPE技术的CPO设计验证及3DFabric相关多芯片设计。
