9月22日，*ST棒杰（002634.SZ）公告，公司此前因控股子公司棒杰新能源贷款违约涉及重大诉讼，并已与中国农业银行（601288.SH）股份有限公司苏州工业园区支行达成调解。近日案件进入执行阶段，法院裁定冻结、扣划公司及相关子公司银行存款人民币4833.05万元，并冻结棒杰新能源对公司享有的应收债权，以4821.48万元为限。
