9月22日，闻泰科技公告称，中诚信国际实施不定期跟踪评级，于2026年9月15日调降公司主体信用等级为BBB-，评级展望为负面，同时调降“闻泰转债”信用等级至BBB-。本次信用等级下调将对公司经营及融资产生负面影响。截至2026年8月31日，尚未转股的“闻泰转债”余额为72.05亿元，“闻泰转债”到期日为2027年7月27日。
