格隆汇9月21日丨青岛港(06198.HK)公布，于2026年9月21日，公司与青岛港集团订立股权转让协议，据此，青岛港集团同意以现金收购公司持有的方舟智能55%股权，总对价为人民币68,382,708.20元。
