9月17日，广东佛山，刘先生高空作业从30楼下到2楼时，发现绳子被剪断，一团绳子留在2楼平台上。
经查，是一名近80岁的老人剪断的，对方称不知道有人在高空作业，准备当作晾衣绳用。因老人年纪太大，当事人没有报警，后来找物业让老人赔了400元绳子钱。
