9月18日，开创电气（301448）发布公告，公司控股子公司燕谷（北京）机器人智能技术有限公司与奥北领智签署为期3年的房屋租赁合同，承租其位于北京市海淀区宝盛南路1号院26号楼领智中心中楼7层711、712、713、714号房屋，建筑面积为1064平方米，租金总额为246万元。
2026年中期，开创电气实现收入3.70亿元，归母净利润629万元。
