白银有色9月18日公告称，公司股东中信集团因自身资金需求，拟于2026年10月20日至2027年1月19日通过集中竞价减持公司股份不超过7404.77万股，即不超过公司总股本的1%。截至公告披露日，中信集团持有公司股份1.22亿股，占总股本1.64%，其与一致行动人中信国安实业合计持有公司股份23.72亿股，占总股本32.03%。
