红二、红六军团，原计划在贵州盘县（现为盘州市）建立革命根据地，后接到红军总部电报建议其北上会师。1936年3月30日，红二、红六军团召开盘县会议，决定执行红军总部指示，北上渡金沙江。此举对党和红军作用巨大，不仅战胜了张国焘的分裂主义，而且实现了三军会师。（中经记者 颜世龙）
