当地时间9月15日，美光科技宣布，已在多个服务器平台成功展示全球首款512GB DDR5寄存式内存模块（RDIMM），最高速率可达9200 MT/s。AMD和英特尔均正对该模块进行验证。美光预计，该512GB RDIMM将根据客户需求于2027年下半年进入量产。
