消息面上，9月15日，智谱公告称，拟同步开展H股配售及约30亿美元可转债发行，合计融资规模约50亿美元。配售价714港元/股，较前收盘价折让9.96%；可转债为零息债券，初始换股价892.5港元。融资将用于下一代GLM基础模型、完全自训练体系及算力基础设施。MaaS业务上半年收入8.25亿元，同比增长2736%，ARR达16亿美元。
