9月14日，中国中冶（601618.SH）公告称，公司A股回购方案金额为10亿元-20亿元，回购股份用于注销减少注册资本，回购期限为2026年1月16日至2027年1月15日。截至2026年9月11日，公司累计回购A股股份2.09亿股，占总股本比例1.0089%，累计回购金额5.79亿元（不含交易费用），回购价格区间为2.42元/股-3.25元/股。同期累计回购H股股份7571.3万股，占总股本比例0.37%，其中3200万股H股已于2026年6月2日完成注销。
