上交所停复牌信息显示，因重要事项未公告，广汽集团9月14日全天停牌。
此前，有市场消息称，一汽集团或将入股广汽集团，双方可能形成联营关系。
广汽集团人士回应记者称，广汽集团将根据交易所规则披露相关公告，具体信息以今天收市后的公告为准。对于一汽集团入股一事，公司暂未作出回应。
