新京报贝壳财经讯 （记者张冰）9月14日早间，广汽集团突发紧急停牌。官方信息显示，因重要事项未公告，9月14日全天停牌。不过，广汽集团港股今日并未停牌，截至发稿，涨8.64%，报2.325港元/股。广汽集团向新京报贝壳财经记者回应表示，将根据交易所规则披露相关公告，具体信息请见今天收市后的公告。
近日有市场消息称，一汽集团正在推进入股广汽集团，双方或将形成联营关系。
