9月14日，电力板块反复活跃，绿电方向领涨，闽东电力（000993.SZ）4连板，杭州热电（605011.SH）触及涨停，豫能控股（001896.SZ）、南网能源（003035.SZ）、乐山电力（600644.SH）、深南电A（000037.SZ）、广西能源（600310.SH）跟涨。消息面上，9月11日国常会提出，进一步完善算力基础设施，构建多层次网络化算力体系，加快绿电直连、源网荷储等项目落地。
