9月11日，海航控股（600221）发布公告，公司控股子公司乌鲁木齐航空向AfricaWorld Airlines Limited（AWA）出售2架Embraer E190飞机，交易价格约为1948万美元。
公告指出，AWA为公司间接控股股东海航航空集团有限公司控制的境外主体，与公司为同一实控下的关联方，所以此次交易构成关联交易。
2026年中期，海航控股实现收入355.17亿元，归母净利润2.70亿元。
