9月11日，药明康德（603259.SH）公告称，2026年9月11日，公司根据2027年到期的人民币67.80亿元美元结算零息可转换债券完成转股，新增发行H股4,684,697股，占期初已发行股份（不含库存股）的0.88%，每股转股价为153港元。本次转股完成后，公司已发行股份（不含库存股）总数为537,665,314股，库存股数量为20,148,900股，已发行股份总数为557,814,214股。
