9月11日，越南航空宣布与空中客车签署谅解备忘录，拟采购5架A350-900宽体客机。越南航空表示，该协议是公司扩大宽体机队战略的一部分，计划2030年后再引进30架宽体客机，以满足国际航线需求增长，并加强中长途航线运营。
