9月10日，桂林旅游（000978）发布公告，全资子公司桂圳公司因广西元创拖欠租金及物业费约740万元构成严重违约，决定解除双方租赁合同，并要求其立即支付欠款并完成场地清退。
2026年中期，桂林旅游实现收入2.01亿元，归母净利润614万元。
