9月9日，亚振家居（603389.SH）公告称，持股5%以上股东上海亚振投资有限公司当前持有公司股份2627.52万股，占公司总股本的10.00%。因自身经营管理需要，亚振投资拟通过集中竞价及大宗交易方式减持公司股份不超过788.256万股，即不超过公司总股本的3.00%；其中集中竞价减持不超过1.00%，大宗交易减持不超过2.00%，减持价格根据二级市场价格确定。减持实施区间为2026年10月9日至2027年1月6日。本次减持不会导致公司控制权发生变更。
