9月9日，京东APP 16.0版正式发布。据界面新闻了解，新版京东APP，实现了现有购物模式的AI增强，将AI能力融入用户从需求产生、商品选择到购买决策、履约服务的完整链路。此外，还推出AI购物助手“东东”，当用户提出一个生活需求时，“东东”可以帮助找到商品，还能进一步调动京东服务中的家政、安装维修、外卖、宠物、健康等服务资源。
