9月8日，GE航空航天公司宣布已达成协议，将以117.5亿美元从华平投资集团（Warburg Pincus）和伯克希尔合伙公司（Berkshire Partners）手中收购铸件制造商Consolidated Precision Products，这笔交易将显著扩大其在关键部件领域的生产版图。
GE航空航天公司表示，该交易将以70亿美元现金支付，剩余部分由新增债务融资完成，交易预计于2027年下半年完成交割。
