上证报中国证券网讯（记者 何奎）国富人寿近日发布公告称，该公司拟增资4.5亿股，每股单价1.20元，合计增资5.4亿元。
公告显示，此次参与国富人寿增资的均为其现有股东，分别是广州唯品会信息科技有限公司、广西投资集团金融控股有限公司。
