新京报贝壳财经讯 9月6日，宇邦新材公告称，公司股票及可转债自2026年9月7日开市起复牌。控股股东聚信源及实控人肖锋、林敏与苏州德翎签署《股份转让协议》，苏州德翎拟受让聚信源持有的上市公司29.99%股份，转让总价款8.61亿元。完成后，公司控股股东将变更为苏州德翎，实控人变更为江文全。
