人民财讯9月6日电，*ST萃华(002731)9月6日公告，因公司未在被实施退市风险警示之日起两个月内（2026年9月6日前）披露过半数董事保证真实、准确、完整的2025年年度报告，根据《深圳证券交易所股票上市规则》第9.4.18条第（一）项的规定，公司触及规范类退市情形，深交所将决定终止公司股票上市交易。公司股票自2026年9月7日起继续实施停牌。
