新京报贝壳财经讯 9月5日，深圳市房地产中介协会发布最新数据显示，8月份，深圳新建商品房成交3467套，环比下降23.0%，同比增长4.8%；深圳二手住宅录得5108套，环比下降2.3%，同比增长7.6%。
今年1-8月，深圳二手房累计录得约4.84万套，同比增长4.7%。
