中央气象台5日预报，6日起，我国北方地区将有一次降雨降温过程，青海、甘肃、宁夏、陕西、内蒙古、华北、东北地区中北部等地将有小到中雨，局地大雨或暴雨。
同时，受冷空气影响，内蒙古中西部、甘肃、青海、华北、东北地区等地有4℃至6℃降温，局地8℃至10℃。
