因受第18号台风“沙德尔”影响，为保障道路交通安全，根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第四十条规定及南靖县人民政府防汛抗旱指挥部指令，自2026年9月3日9时30分起，S318线南靖段全线（山城镇至书洋镇曲江村路段）封闭，实行交通管制，过往车辆请绕行高速公路，管制解除时间另行通知。
