9月4日，中信证券（06030.HK）经纪（香港）有限公司刊发补充上市文件，拟发行3只挂钩恒生指数的欧式现金结算R类牛熊证，证券代号分别为54641、54655及54656，每只发行额均为2亿份，每份发行价0.03港元，买卖单位为10,000份。3只牛熊证拟于2026年9月8日在联交所上市，推出日为2026年9月3日，发行日为2026年9月7日。代号54641及54656为熊证，到期日为2029年4月27日；代号54655为牛证，到期日为2028年7月28日。发行人董事会于2024年2月21日授权发行牛熊证。发行人无抵押且无评级，其控股公司中信证券国际有限公司的长期信贷评级为标普BBB+（稳定展望）及惠誉A-（稳定展望）。
