湖北能源9月4日公告，公司与恩施州政府签署《深化合作协议》，计划在“十五五”期间于恩施州清洁能源及产业链上下游投资约80亿元，建设一批风光水储及综合能源项目。其中淋溪河水电项目总投资20.8亿元，总装机18.52万千瓦。
