9月4日，武汉市住房和城市更新局联合多部门发布《关于进一步优化我市房地产政策措施的通知》，放宽首套自住房使用公积金偿还个人住房商业贷款提取频次。取消武汉市原“首套自住住房偿还个人住房商业贷款每12个月提取一次”的频次限制。仅使用个人住房商业贷款的，在正常还款6个月后即可办理，之后每月可提取一次，累计提取金额不超过个人住房商业贷款金额。
