京东物流（02618）发布公告，董事会宣布吴昊辞任公司首席财务官，茆俊获委任为新首席财务官，均自2026年9月4日起生效。吴昊将于京东集团担任新的职务。
茆俊，38岁，曾于2023年12月至2026年9月担任Dada Nexus Limited首席财务官，并于2020年12月加入京东集团，历任预算与预测总监、财务计划与分析负责人及投资者关系负责人。
