智通财经APP讯，金斯瑞生物科技(01548)发布公告，公司建议将Probio Technology Limited(“蓬勃生物”，为公司的间接非全资附属公司，负责集团的生物制剂及先进疗法合约研究、开发及生产组织服务)分拆并将其股份在联交所主板独立上市。
就建议分拆而言，公司已根据第15项应用指引向联交所提交申请。于2026年8月14日，上市委员会确认公司可继续推行建议分拆。
