为提升公路通行能力，改善交通条件，哈尔滨巴彦县对省道凤兴公路洼兴至兴隆段进行升级改造建设。封闭施工时间2026年9月7日至11月15日完成第一阶段施工。施工期间，上述路段将实行全封闭施工，禁止一切车辆和行人通行。
