9月3日晚间，中华企业（600675.SH）公告称，董事会于近日收到朱赬的辞职信，朱赬因工作调动原因申请辞去所担任的公司副总经理职务。朱赬辞职后将不再担任公司任何职务。
9月3日，经中华企业董事会投票表决，同意聘任洪一览为公司副总经理。
