人民财讯9月3日电，先导基电(600641)9月3日公告，全资子公司池州万业拟将其持有的参股公司苏州中晶智芯半导体合伙企业（有限合伙）（简称“中晶智芯”）10%的出资份额转让给南京铨益科技有限公司、南京元富科技有限公司、南京帝元科技有限公司，转让价款共计1.5亿元。
