9月3日，深水规院（301038）发布公告，朱闻博因退休提请辞去董事长、法定代表人、董事会战略委员会主任委员、董事会提名委员会委员职务。辞任后，朱闻博将不再担任公司及控股子公司其他任何职务。
2026年中期，深水规院实现收入3.68亿元，归母净利润561万元。
