深水规院9月3日公告，公司董事会于近日收到朱闻博的书面辞职报告，朱闻博因退休提请辞去公司第二届董事会董事长、法定代表人、董事会战略委员会主任委员、董事会提名委员会委员职务。朱闻博原定任期为2023年3月22日至2026年3月22日，因公司董事会延期换届，公司董事会、董事会各专门委员会的任期相应顺延。辞任后朱闻博将不再担任公司及控股子公司其他任何职务。
