当地时间9月3日，乌克兰敖德萨市军事管理局局长利萨克通报称，该市凌晨遭俄方袭击，造成17人受伤，伤者中包含3名儿童，目前所有伤者均已接受专业医疗救治。
据称，此次袭击造成当地一栋高层公寓损毁，同时造成多辆汽车受损。
