浙江省首个在地块出让公告中明确实施现房销售的城市来了。
9月1日，丽水市青田县挂牌两宗涉宅用地——瓯南街道0202-03地块、瓯南区块控制性详细规划0104-03-02地块。
两宗地块的拍卖出让公告均明确指出：“该地块可售商品住宅根据《住房城乡建设部自然资源部金融监管总局关于完善商品住房销售制度的通知》（建房规〔2026〕3号）文件要求实施现房销售”。
