新快报讯 记者许力夫报道 9月1日凌晨，由“沙德尔”减弱后残余涡旋发展的热带低压在南海西北部海域再度加强为台风（热带风暴级）。重新加强的“沙德尔”在南海北部活动时间较长，其外围环流在最近几天将给广东带来风雨影响，需继续做好相关防御。
受台风“沙德尔”外围环流影响，9月2-3日粤东市县有大雨到暴雨局部大暴雨，广东省海面风力6～7级，阵风8～9级。
