【福寿园：获龚海林提出部分要约】财联社9月1日电，福寿园(01448)公布，于2026年9月1日，要约人龚海林女士有确实意向提出部分要约(遵照收购守则)，以要约价每股要约股份0.1港元收购最多1.15亿股要约股份(占受要约公司于本公告日期已发行股本约4.96%)。要约价较股份于最后交易日在联交所所报的收市价每股2.64港元折让约96.21%。
